The Hyderabad 10K Run organised by Shree TMT and KIMS drew enthusiastic response on Sunday

Hyderabad 10K run organised by Shree TMT and KIMS hospital got good response

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad 10K Run, organized by Shree TMT, held at Gachibowli Stadium on Sunday morning, drew hundreds of runners and wellness advocates under the theme “Mind Over Miles.” The event focused on raising awareness about mental health and child well-being through community engagement and physical fitness.

With KIMS Hospitals as the medical partner, the event featured warm-up sessions, Zumba, and motivational speeches from distinguished guests including Dr. B. Bhaskar Rao (Founder & MD, KIMS Hospitals), Dr. Ch. Preeti Reddy (Vice Chairman, Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth), Neeraja Adidam (Retired IFS officer), and Anup Kumar Yama (World Roller Skating Champion and Arjuna Awardee).

Participants competed across age categories:

16–23 years: Neeraj Goenka, Raghav, and Sushil Kumar Gupta (Sky Veda)
24–35 years: Vineela Kondapalli, Dr. Vipin, and P. Sudharani
36–45 years: Bhaskar (Union Bank)
45+ years: Raju

The event concluded, leaving attendees inspired to prioritize mental wellness and community health. Shree TMT’s initiative highlighted the importance of resilience, awareness, and collective strength in building a healthier society.
