FOND DU LAC – ADVOCAP has added offices with mental health services at the Fond du Lac office, 19 W. First St., in partnership with mental health clinic Collaborative Wellness.
Licensed therapists will provide confidential, in-person counseling sessions with a trauma-informed and person-centered approach in individual, couples and family therapy, according to a news release from ADVOCAP.

Clients will need to contact therapists directly to schedule sessions, as they manage their own appointments and are not employees of ADVOCAP. They accept Medicaid and a variety of other insurance plans.
ADVOCAP provided the office space as part of the ongoing mission to support community health and wellbeing. The goal of the program is to make mental health support more accessible for community members.
“Every day, our staff see how mental health affects housing stability, employment and family wellbeing,” ADVOCAP Homeless Prevention Director Becky Heldt said.
She added that the partnership helps reduce barriers to care for individuals and families, bringing critical services into the community.
According to ADVOCAP’s 2025 Community Needs Assessment, access to mental health care was identified as one of the top unmet needs in Fond du Lac, Winnebago and Green Lake counties.
